Rise Above The Risk understands the importance of confidentiality, especially when discussing sensitive subjects such as harm reduction and substance use disorder in general. Many people who use drugs or have had substance use disorder related issues arise in the past struggle to even talk about certain aspects of their lives even in private due to the stigma attached to such things. However, considering the fact that Rise Above The Risk originally started as an organization that sought to facilitate free speech through secure and private communication channels, rest assured that we offer the best options in terms of maintaining your personal privacy. Whether you are more tech savvy and choose to use PGP via email, or if you are more familiar with the more user friendly Signal app, we have got your back.

With eyes and ears all over the world, we will know far before the drugs hit our streets in most cases. This gives us more than ample time to respond in a manner that protects public health. By working on a global scale our work impacts not only those here at home, but it also has an affect on those beyond our borders due to intelligence sharing agreements.

We not only utilize these peer based resources, but we also utilize the European Union Drugs Agency's reports as their methods of identifying up and coming risks both within the EU and abroad with regard to the ever evolving world of novel psychoactive compounds is another component that has led us to where we are today in our technical knowledge regrading best practices in terms of harm reduction on a multi-national scale.
